Responsibilities:
As an Auto Body Repair Technician, you will:
- Repair and restore collision-related damage to vehicles to pre-loss condition
- Disassemble damaged vehicles, assess damage, perform repairs, and reassemble vehicles
- Weld metals and straighten frames, fenders, and body panels
- Grind, sand, and file repaired surfaces
- Perform quality repairs while maintaining attention to detail
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work effectively with other members of the collision repair team
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous Auto Body Repair Technician experience, skills, and training
- Experience with bodywork and mechanical framing
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good work habits and a commitment to quality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, productive, and able to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
