• Travel Experience: Required, but first-time travelers may be accepted with similar equipment/procedure experience
• Certifications: BLS + ACLS + ARRT (R) OR RCIS
• Charting: Epic required
• Call: Required — 10–12 call shifts/month, including 1–2 weekend call shifts/month; 30-minute response time
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Daily Census: ~10
• Key Skills: Adult cardiac cath, PCI, STEMI, Impella, stents, IABP, PTCA, left/right heart cath, rotablator, shockwave, CSI
• Equipment: Similar experience with ACIST required for first-time travelers
• RTO: Up to 5 non-consecutive days; holiday RTO restrictions apply
• Local: Within 90 miles accepted at lower local rate
• COVID: Not required
• Flu: Required; medical/religious exemptions only
