- Required Qualifications: MS, MEd or MA in Speech-Language Pathology; 2 years of experience; Licenses and Certifications (PA) Speech Pathologist, Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Basic Life Support (BLS), State License, PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, PA Act 73; Licenses and Certifications (NY and MD) Speech Pathologist, Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Basic Life Support (BLS), State License
- Additional Information: Coordinates evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs; provides diagnostic services; prepares reports and treatment plans; maintains accurate records; reports data for administrative needs; adheres to compliance and confidentiality standards; pursues professional development; contributes to community education; performs all job responsibilities in alignment with organizational mission and system-wide competencies.
