**Job Description**
**Testing Senior Integration Architect**
The Testing Senior Integration Architect leads interface testing and integration validation for complex Oracle Health implementations. This role owns the coordination of multiple concurrent interface workstreams—including schedules, status, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations—to ensure integration deliverables are tested, ready, and aligned with deployment timelines.
As a client-facing leader, the architect facilitates meetings, communicates clearly with VA stakeholders and technical teams, drives decisions and follow-up actions, and serves as a trusted advisor throughout the testing lifecycle. The ideal candidate understands electronic health record workflows, HL7 messaging, and healthcare data exchange across clinical, ancillary, and external systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead interface and integration testing strategy, planning, execution, and readiness activities across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
+ Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to maintain integrated testing schedules; track milestones, dependencies, status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
+ Identify delivery risks and blockers early; coordinate mitigation plans, drive timely resolution, and escalate appropriately.
+ Coordinate testing across Oracle Health teams, VA client stakeholders, third-party vendors, technical teams, and project leadership.
+ Facilitate client-facing status meetings, working sessions, testing readiness reviews, defect triage, and escalation discussions.
+ Communicate testing progress, risks, dependencies, and executive-level decisions in a concise, professional, and actionable manner.
+ Develop and execute interface test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios for inbound and outbound HL7 interfaces.
+ Coordinate and oversee the validation electronic health data exchange, including message structure, trigger events, data mapping, transformations, acknowledgements, error handling, and end-to-end workflow outcomes.
+ Support testing of HL7 messages and related healthcare interoperability concepts, such as ADT, orders, results, scheduling, clinical documentation, and patient data exchange.
+ Partner with functional, technical, and client teams to troubleshoot interface defects and ensure appropriate root-cause analysis, prioritization, and resolution.
+ Support deployment readiness, mock go-lives, cutover planning, production validation, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization.
+ Establish and promote testing governance, documentation standards, and repeatable integration-testing best practices.
**Responsibilities**
**Required Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium implementation or integration experience.
+ 3–5+ years of healthcare IT, consulting, implementation, testing, or interoperability experience.
+ Demonstrated experience leading interface or integration testing for enterprise healthcare implementations.
+ Working knowledge of HL7 v2 messaging, interface concepts, and electronic health data exchange.
+ Experience validating EHR interfaces, including message flows, data mapping, acknowledgements, error queues, and end-to-end clinical workflows.
+ Proven ability to manage numerous projects or workstreams concurrently, including schedules, status reporting, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
+ Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, manage follow-up actions, and present clear status updates.
+ Experience with defect and project tracking tools such as JIRA, Remedy, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

+ Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience supporting VA healthcare implementations or working directly with federal healthcare clients.
+ Oracle Health Millennium Integration Architecture (INA) experience.
+ Familiarity with interface engines and tools such as OpenEngine, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth, or similar.
+ Experience with Oracle Health Millennium solutions such as PowerChart, Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, and Ambulatory.
+ Knowledge of FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
+ Experience with cutover planning, go-live readiness, production validation, and stabilization support.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
