Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Help needed for my wife in her 60s - seeking full-time hands-on care, 11:00-4:00, 5 day a week. My wife is able to shower herself, but need assistance getting into and out of the shower. She also will need help drying and fixing her hair and dressing. She needs assistance getting out of bed and getting onto and off of the toilet. My wife if in a wheelchair full time. The caregiver will need to prepare lunch and also do some light housework, and laundry.
