Our family is looking for a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to care for our 16-year-old daughter, who has a severe brain injury and requires special assistance. The ideal candidate will be caring, attentive, and willing to learn her specific needs and routines. Responsibilities will include feeding, changing, and providing personal care, as well as ensuring her comfort and safety. Some light housekeeping related to her care will also be required. Experience working with children or young adults with disabilities or special needs is preferred, but the most important qualities are compassion, patience, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
