Childcare Needed

Hi! I’m looking for a sweet, reliable nanny or mother’s helper to help me take care of my boys for a few hours in the afternoons (during which I’d usually have my2-year-old son at home and would need to go pick up my4-year-old son from school). I’m looking for someone who ideally has some academic or professional background in childcare or early childhood education. It’s not a requirement, but I’d also love to find a native Mandarin Chinese speaker, since my boys are half Taiwanese, but have thus far had very little exposure to the language! Thanks for looking!
