What You'll DoAs a Masker I, you will play an important role in preparing customer products for the parylene coating process. During your first 6 to 12 months, you'll learn the skills necessary to become proficient in masking, demasking, inspection, and other manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Masking and demasking customer products according to detailed specifications
- Following work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards
- Inspecting your work to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
- Using small hand tools, microscopes, and other precision equipment
- Cleaning and preparing products and surfaces for processing
- Assisting with packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities
- Inspecting, cleaning, refurbishing, and reassembling coating fixtures as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling procedures when required
- Supporting additional production activities based on business needs

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- SCS Reading Comprehension Assessment may be accepted in lieu of a GED
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform precision work using small tools and equipment
- Ability to distinguish between the colors red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and violet
- Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods
- Ability to meet visual acuity requirements with or without corrective lenses
