Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 4 10- hour rotating shifts Monday-Friday, rotating weekend and holiday call, 1-2 on-call shifts a week overnight. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.
We are currently seeking a Cath Lab Rad Tech to:
- Play a vital role in a variety of invasive cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures, assisting physicians in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.
- Utilize specialized imaging and hemodynamic monitoring technology to support accurate diagnoses, procedural success, and exceptional patient outcomes.
- Work alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, maintaining sterile technique and providing critical support throughout complex cardiovascular procedures.
- Contribute to a culture of quality and clinical excellence through continuous learning, equipment quality assurance, patient safety initiatives, and team education.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

- Graduate of a two year technical degree program in Radiology Technology. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- Previous experience in special procedures/cath lab. Preferred
- Current license from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency of Nuclear Safety and current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Required
- ACLS certification required, if does not have ACLS it will be required on year from the hire date. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
