Regional Assistant Director

The EAOP Regional Assistant Director is an experienced K-14 academic preparation professional who works independently and is focused on increasing college access and academic preparedness for program participants. The individual will manage outreach initiatives, deliver grade-appropriate college readiness advising, and supervise university mentors. Additionally, the individual will expand the program's outreach efforts by building partnerships with K-14 schools, higher education institutions, and community organizations to support and increase postsecondary enrollment.

This is a full-time, 2-year career position.

The full salary range for the Regional Assistant Director is $59,500.00 - $102,300.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $68,250 annually. We base placement within these ranges on the individual's qualifications as they relate to this position.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
