Production Supervisor
The Machine Operator I is responsible for operating basic machinery in a manufacturing environment to
ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.
* Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications.
* Operate overhead cranes for efficient material handling.
* Operate a variety of machines (Stud machine, Bridging Stacker, Stacker and Painters).
* Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Adhere to safety protocols.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
* Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or
flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
* Ability to obtain valid crane certification.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
* Frequent repetition of motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
* Frequent moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
* Frequent lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
* Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
* Constantly thinking and processing information.
* Constantly maintaining concentration and focus on tasks.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
* Manufacturing floor with machinery.
* Exposure to airborne particles, loud noises, and extreme heat and cold.
* Use of personal protection equipment is required
