Manufacturing Technician II

Entegris is currently seeking aManufacturing Technician IIto join ourRefurbHallteam. This position will be based in ourBurnetfacility.

In this role, youwill be responsiblefors role is high-quality, safety-focused disassembly, assembly and troubleshooting of canisters as well asimprovement of manufacturing processes to drive safety, quality, and efficiency

WhatYou'llDo

• Utilize your mechanical skills and judicious safety focus to disassemble, assemble and troubleshoot containersin a hazardous chemical environment.

• Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures as you seek opportunities to continually improveour work processes and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Quality and our Safety team to drive toward production goals thatdelight our customers.

• Your high degree of accountability and integrity while achieving the best results possible.

• Your ability to actively seek solutions to problems and willingness to share your ideas with your team;

• Your demonstrated interest in continuing to learn as well as improve processes.

• Your ability to adapt to change and work under pressure while keeping your safety, quality and efficiencyfocus.

WhatWeSeek

• High School Diploma or equivalentRequiredwith mechanical and/or technical experience in amanufacturing environment preferred.

• Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.

• Safety and Quality are key in this role. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment which requires astute attention to detail.

• Experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment a plus.

• Dependability with flexibility to work over-time and weekends to support business needs.

• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications (SAP and PLC experience is aplus).

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 51lbs daily.

• Ability to perform visual checks and handle highly hazardous material responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Ability to attain respirator certification.
