Salary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Looking for Senior Production Manager jobs in Fairfield where you can lead from the floor and keep production moving? This opportunity puts your leadership, manufacturing experience, and problem-solving skills to work keeping people productive, quality high, and safety at the center of every shift.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification is a plus
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environment
- Experience leading managers, supervisors, and multi-functional teams
- Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems within a production environment
- Background in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in ISO-certified or highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Lead manufacturing, material handling, shipping, receiving, and maintenance operations
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance across the facility
- Establish operational goals and hold leadership teams accountable for results
- Monitor production performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency and throughput
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to drive business decisions and performance improvements
- Develop managers and supervisors through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and operational challenges
- Support equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and facility readiness
- Ability to move throughout a manufacturing environment regularly
- Ability to oversee production operations in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Ability to observe manufacturing processes, equipment, and facility operations
