Ink Packer - 1st Shift
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm - 1 hour lunch
Pay: $17.50
Location: Roselawn & Bond Hill area
Job Description:
As an Ink Packager, you will be responsible for filling, packaging, and preparing ink products in various containers, including bottles, pails, and drums. This position is a key part of the production process, ensuring products are accurately packaged and meet quality standards before shipment. The Ink Packager role also serves as a stepping stone to the Batch Maker position, providing opportunities for growth within the manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fill ink products into bottles, pails, drums, and other designated containers.
- Package and label finished products according to company specifications.
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Operate packaging equipment and follow established production procedures.
- Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed.
- Operate a forklift after completing company-provided training.
- Meet daily production goals while following all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
- Ability to become forklift certified through company training.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to provide documentation verifying completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
