Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of a 360-unit property. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and proven supervisory experience in property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns.
Perform property inspections and address any safety or maintenance issues.
Coordinate with property management to ensure units are ready for move-in and maintained to high standards.
Oversee vendor relationships, scheduling, and quality control of contracted services.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance management for maintenance staff.
Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of property maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
EPA 608 certification
HVAC certification
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) – Preferred
Must be able to work on-call as needed.
