We are currently hiring a 1st Shift Sorter for a temp-to-hire opportunity in South Beloit, IL. This position involves sorting materials in an outdoor work environment that is covered but exposed to varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and separate materials according to company guidelines
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment and tolerate changing weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or sorting experience is a plus
