Real Estate Sales Recruiter

Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. $75,000 per plan

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
• Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication
• Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
• Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
• Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful

Qualifications:

• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
• Must have a college degree
• Familiar with online job posting tools
• 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
