We are hiring Packers and Palletizers for a growing manufacturing facility in Burlington, WI. These positions play an important role in the production process by packaging finished products, preparing shipments, and maintaining an efficient workflow.
Responsibilities - Package finished products according to company standards.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Stack, organize, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain production goals and efficiency standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Competitive pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hour
