FNP or PA

This outpatient opportunity in Charlotte is designed for a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ready to join a mission-driven team in delivering holistic, community-based care.

Position Overview:
Provide routine physicals, manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, and engage patients in preventative education. You’ll operate in a team-based model that includes social workers, nurses, and administrative support.

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certification 

• North Carolina license or eligibility

• Previous outpatient or urgent care experience preferred
