Location: Montana (Poplar or Wolf Point – final site TBD)

A long-term contract opportunity is available for a Nurse Case Manager to support patient care coordination services in Montana.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license

• Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) experience required

• Prior case management experience preferred
