TITLE CLERK –LENDING OFFICE

Mobile, AL | Full-Time | Professional Office Environment
Are you the person who catches the detail everyone else misses? Do you know your way around vehicle titles, lien paperwork, dealerships, and state requirements?
We’re looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join a busy Indirect Lending team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organized paperwork, problem-solving, and working with people — without being stuck doing the same task all day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Process recreational vehicle titles across multiple states
- Handle paper and electronic titles, lien statements, and duplicate titles
- Work directly with dealerships, customers, vendors, and state agencies
- Ensure liens are properly recorded and follow up on missing documentation
- Research and resolve title discrepancies and filing issues
- Process UCC filings and lien releases
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Answer questions regarding title status and requirements
- Help keep title transactions moving accurately and on schedule
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1+ year of Title Clerk experience preferred
- Vehicle title processing experience
- Understanding of lien documentation and finance/lending
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
