We are seeking an experienced NICU RN to care for premature and critically ill neonates in a specialized neonatal intensive care unit.
Position OverviewThe NICU RN provides highly specialized care to neonates requiring respiratory support, nutritional management, and close monitoring.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage ventilators, CPAP, and oxygen therapy
Administer neonatal medications and IV therapy
Monitor growth and developmental milestones
Support and educate families
Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric teams
Active CA RN license
NRP required
2+ years NICU experience required
Experience with high-acuity neonates preferred
