Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available on day 1, 401k and more!Job Summary: Provides nursing care before and after surgical procedures.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient assessments.Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families and the healthcare team.Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient charts and event reports.Modifies plan of care based upon continuous evaluationImplement interventions to achieve expected outcomes.  Requirements:RN license in state of assignment.BLS (AHA) required. Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
