RBT Evenings, Sign on Bonus $500

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

Here’s What Makes These Roles Different:

• Direct BCBA mentorship and support
• Thoughtful caseloads built by clinicians
• Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options to fit your life
• Career growth opportunity with paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA
• Empowering work with guaranteed autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
• Must be 18 or older
