Production Manager
We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for complex projects in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives are achieved.
- Develop and execute production schedules, staffing plans, and project strategies.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coach, mentor, and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and other departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee manufacturing processes, production planning, risk assessments, and continuous process improvements.
- Support estimating, design-for-manufacturability reviews, and production planning for new projects.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
- 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive operational performance through safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Results-oriented with a hands-on leadership style.
- Experience managing production teams, operational metrics, and employee development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time, onsite position in Aurora, CO offering a salary of $95,000–$140,000, plus an annual incentive program of up to 10% based on company and individual performance.
