Insurance Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to help individuals and businesses identify insurance solutions that meet their needs. Agent must be willing to generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement. Compensation made include base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities include developing new business, building strong client relationships, recommending appropriate coverage, and meeting sales goals. Agent will meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, prepare and present insurance quotes, explain coverage, and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional coverage.

Active Property Casualty Insurance license preferred. Must be willing to obtain insurance license and keep up with continuing education requirements. Must be self motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Must have good communication skills and be able to read and gain understanding of insurance forms.
