A healthcare facility on the Northern California coast is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Bragg, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages in a busy acute care emergency department.

Position Details

• Schedule: 36 hours per week

• Shift: Day shift | 12-hour shifts

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Department: Emergency Department

• Patient Population: Trauma and emergency patients of all ages

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and prioritize care in emergency situations

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for trauma and acute conditions

• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans

• Administer medications and emergency interventions

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members

• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately

• Support patient education and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required

• PALS certification required

• NRP certification required

• Emergency Department experience required

Preferred

• TNCC certification
