Travel RN - Inpatient Rehab (Nights)

Position: CHS Travel: Registered Nurse (RN) / Inpatient Rehab Unit

Position Information:

Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring progress, collaborating with the rehab team, and supporting patients in regaining independence.

Shift:  3/12's (1900-0730), Rotating Weekends 

Must be willing to float to Med/Surg Unit and Sister Hospitals 

Must have AZ RN License, BLS

2+ years of Hospital Rehab Experience 

Cerner Experience Required
