What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily sterile processing operations, including decontamination, sterilization, and instrument distribution

• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements

• Lead, train, and support sterile processing staff

• Monitor quality, workflow efficiency, and equipment performance

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in sterile processing with leadership or supervisory background

• Strong knowledge of sterilization methods and surgical instrumentation

• Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., The Joint Commission, AAMI)

• CRCST certification preferred
