Bring your surgical expertise to a team dedicated to exceptional patient care. We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room RN to join a dynamic surgical services team in Templeton, CA—where collaboration, precision, and patient safety come first.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Function as a Scrub Technician when needed to support surgical procedures

• Monitor patient safety, administer medications, and respond effectively to emergencies

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Current RN license in the state of California

• Minimum six months of Operating Room nursing experience

• BLS certification required

• ACLS and PALS certifications required within 3 months of hire

• Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills

• Commitment to high-quality patient care and surgical excellence
