RN - ICU

RN – ICU (Contract)
Location: California 95370
Pay: $2,059 – $2,311/week

• 12-hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• 36–48 hours per week

• Every other weekend required

• Call possible if overstaffed

• Float to SDU regularly; may float to Med/Surg or ED if needed

• Provide critical care to ICU/SDU patients using the nursing process

• Perform assessments, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring

• Manage ventilators, titratable IV drips (vasopressors, propofol, fentanyl), and moderate sedation

• Monitor EKG/hemodynamics and respond to emergent situations

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and delegate appropriately

• Educate patients/families and support discharge planning

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safe, compliant care

• RN License (state of practice) – Required

• BLS (or equivalent) – Required

• ACLS & PALS – Required

• Acute care/ICU experience – Required/Preferred

• BSN – Preferred
