Board-Certified Specialty Veterinary Medical Director

Seeking an experienced Veterinary Medical Director to provide clinical leadership for a specialty and emergency hospital. This hands-on leadership role combines advanced clinical practice with protected administrative time, focusing on medical excellence, team development, and hospital growth.

• Provide clinical leadership across specialty and emergency services
• Establish and maintain medical standards, protocols, and best practices
• Mentor veterinarians, interns, and support staff
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic planning, recruitment, and service development
• Maintain an active clinical caseload within your area of expertise

• Base salary: $180,000–$275,000, based on specialty, experience, and production
• Additional Medical Director stipend
• 25% production compensation with no negative accrual

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
