Job Description:
A distribution center in El Paso is seeking reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Distribution Center Shippers to support daily warehouse and distribution operations.
This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing products, verifying product counts, loading and unloading trucks, staging inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
This is a fast-paced, light industrial warehouse position that requires candidates to be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from trucks and trailers
- Verify incoming and outgoing product counts for accuracy
- Sort, stage, stack, and organize products for distribution
- Assist with inventory adjustments using computer systems
- Support daily shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Work safely around warehouse equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, stack, unstack, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a loud and warm warehouse environment
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and schedule changes as needed

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule may vary based on holidays, truck schedules, and business needs. Split days off may be required.
