Shipping/Receiving Packer Pay Rate and Hours:
- Pay: $16.00 – $18.00/hr, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- This is a temp-to-hire position
Shipping/Receiving Packer Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Wrap finished parts by hand to prepare them for shipment
- Box and package parts accurately according to shipping standards
- Work at a standing table station, maintaining a steady pace throughout each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and any quality concerns
Shipping/Receiving Packer Basic Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary — willingness to learn and a great attitude are key
- Ability to stand for extended periods while performing hands-on packing work
- Basic English communication skills
Shipping/Receiving Packer Additional Requirements:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Comfortable with repetitive hand-packing tasks
Shipping/Receiving Packer Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping environment (not required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
