GSP Companies drives large-format graphics, visual displays, fixtures, and sourcing for top fashion retailers—with one purpose: To Make Retail Better. If you love accuracy, organization, and seeing work move seamlessly from shelf to shipment, this role is for you.

What you’ll handle
  • Work from requisitions to pull finished signage/products and deliver them where they need to go
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming finished goods against inventory and customer-supplied GTR’s
  • Tag, store, and maintain inventory control across all finished items
  • Validate printed image versus stock size before items move forward
  • Complete inventory prep and perform frequent cycle counts—prioritizing any SKU with fewer than 10 units
  • Process IMS orders, confirming part numbers, promotions, and quantities
  • Send Box approvals and IMS shortage emails; pull GTR’s and complete debits promptly
  • Put away new receipts and overage quickly; ensure overage is tagged and placed in the correct customer rack
  • Relocate customer-supplied signage to each customer’s designated finished goods area
  • Accurately pick and process re-ship orders
  • Monitor Asset Manager for customer requests and respond accordingly
  • Investigate missing signage from overage and resolve discrepancies
  • Enter new signage into inventory when overage is purchased by customers
  • Operate bailing machines, compactors, and hand tools; maintain a clean staging area
  • Communicate issues to your supervisor or warehouse manager and assist other departments as needed
Tools, pace, and environment
  • Systems and records: administrative and electronic documentation for all materials received/issued
  • Equipment: bailing machines, compactors, and standard hand tools
  • Environment: collaborative warehouse team focused on accuracy, timeliness, and safety
What sets you up for success
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management & Control
  • Detail orientation, urgency, and clear communication
