RN II – ICU/CVICU (CNA Support)
San Luis Obispo, CA

We’re seeking an experienced RN II to join the ICU/CVICU team in San Luis Obispo, California. This role is ideal for a critical care RN with cardiovascular ICU experience who is comfortable working alongside CNAs to provide high-quality patient care.

• Provide direct care to critically ill cardiovascular and medical-surgical ICU patients

• Monitor hemodynamics, ventilators, vasoactive drips, and advanced monitoring devices

• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care

• Document patient status and interventions accurately in compliance with hospital standards

• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols

• Active California RN license

• BLS & ACLS required; PALS preferred

• Minimum 2 years ICU/CVICU experience preferred

• Experience with ventilated patients, cardiac monitoring, and advanced ICU care

• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and teamwork skills
