Estimator - Concrete Construction

Our client is seeking an Estimator with commercial construction experience to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to build their expertise in concrete estimating while learning directly from senior leaders.

In this role, you will assist with preparing estimates, supporting project pursuits, and participating in planning meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and digitize drawings using take-off software.
• Input quantities into pricing spreadsheets and ensure accuracy.
• Support the Senior Estimator in proposal preparation and bid reviews.
• Assist with internal preparation meetings upon project award.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and Safety teams on project planning.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors under senior guidance.
• Review proposals and scopes of work to support accurate estimating.
• Help prepare client presentation materials (e.g., pour plans, 3D models).
• Walk project sites occasionally to gain real-world feedback for future estimates.
