General Industrial Warehouse Associate – Odessa, TX
Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is currently assisting a client in hiring General Industrial Warehouse Associate for positions based in Odessa, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company committed to providing a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload containers, moving materials to designated areas
- Perform accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory control
- Complete general warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Proficiency with electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Strong inventory management and cycle count skills
- Reliable team player with the ability to work well under pressure
