Position Summary
We’re working with a mid-sized commercial GC focused on complex commercial and public-oriented projects across the Palm Springs area. They’re looking to add a Superintendent who can run organized jobs, lead from the field, and keep projects moving with a high level of accountability. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, supporting a steady pipeline of ground-up and structural work with a tight, experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations across commercial and public projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
- Keep projects on schedule and aligned with plans/specs
- Work closely with PMs to drive execution
- Interface with clients, inspectors, and site teams
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly
Typical Projects Include
- Commercial ground-up construction
- Public / civic and institutional projects
- Structural concrete and site development scopes
- Renovations and facility improvements
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Background in ground-up or public-oriented projects
- Experience managing structural scopes and field execution
- Ability to read plans and manage schedules
