Job Description
As a Picker / Packer, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, sorting, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This role is important to keeping orders moving, meeting daily production goals, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick items accurately from the inventory using order sheets or instructions
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Verify product counts, labels, and package accuracy before shipment
- Sort products and organize materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
- Meet productivity and quality expectations for your assigned shift
- Support team members and assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- No prior experience required; training is provided
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
