Location: Darien, WI
Pay Rate: $20.95/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Finishing Department on 2nd shift in Darien, WI. This position plays an important role in ensuring finished products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Perform finishing operations on manufactured products.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
Remove imperfections and complete final product touch-ups as needed.
Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow work instructions and production schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
