We focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.Job DetailsSalary: $55,000 to $65,000 per yearJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Woodside, NY 11377Position SummaryThe Automotive DMV Title Clerk will be responsible for preparing legal vehicle transfer documents, verifying trade-in payoffs, and maintaining accurate title records in compliance with Department of Motor Vehicles requirements.Essential DutiesProcess used vehicle titles following wholesale auction transactions.Prepare trade jackets and documentation for used vehicles.Track titles in transit and perform timely follow-up.Communicate with banks to obtain lien releases.Prepare vehicle transaction documents for scanning and record retention.Provide additional administrative support as required.Additional InformationParagon Honda offers comprehensive training and a professional work environment that supports employee growth and success. Job Requirement:Minimum of one year experience as a DMV or Title Clerk.High school diploma or equivalent.Authorization to work in the United States.Valid driver's license.Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and drug testing.
