Total Home Performance is hiring a lead technician to drive residential structural repairs and home improvement projects, serving as a trusted face of our Structural Repair Department.

What You’ll Do
  • Own structural repairs and residential construction tasks from setup to clean-up—always with exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Work independently, prioritize safety, and maintain efficiency and professionalism.
  • Explain scopes of work, answer homeowner questions, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Evaluate jobsite conditions and pivot as needed without sacrificing quality.
  • Coordinate with teammates and other departments to hit deadlines and deliver results.
  • Keep the site organized, clean, and compliant with safety best practices.
  • Uphold Total Home Performance’s standards of integrity and customer-first service.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Preferred: 3 years of construction, carpentry, or skilled labor experience.
  • Hands-on knowledge of residential construction and structural repair methods.
  • Independent, reliable contributor who also collaborates seamlessly.
  • Adaptable multi-trade skill set for varied repair and construction tasks.
  • Clear, courteous communicator with strong customer service instincts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting ability.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and move materials/equipment in indoor/outdoor settings.
