Support healing from the inside out. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled RN – Inpatient Surgical Unit to join a dedicated surgical care team in Gainesville, FL—providing exceptional care before and after life-changing procedures.
Pay: $43/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality care to post-operative and surgical patients
Monitor recovery progress, pain management, and patient safety
Administer medications, treatments, and patient education
Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams for seamless care
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license (FL)
Experience in Med-Surg, surgical, or post-op nursing preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient environment
