Accounts Payable Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional with proven leadership ability to guide a small team while owning the full-cycle AP process.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle AP process: invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runs
• Review and approve work completed by direct reports
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalated payment discrepancies
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to GL; assist with month-end close for AP-related accounts
• Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payment cycles
• Train, coach, and provide day-to-day guidance to team members
• Partner with Procurement/AP counterparart on PO matching and 3-way match issues

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience (Lead or Supervisor level)
• Management style that is firm but focused on team development and growth
