Position Overview:
Provide evidence-based care in a primary care setting serving patients across the lifespan. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes preventive care, chronic condition management, and continuity.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $230,000–$290,000

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine

• Vermont licensure or eligibility
