NorthPoint Internship

The NorthPoint Development Internship Program is an 8–10 week summer experience, running from late May through early August, designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development. Interns work across departments on meaningful projects, gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers.

Internship opportunities are available in the following teams:

• Accounting
• Acquisitions
• Asset/Investment Management
• Data Analytics
• Debt Placement

Throughout the program, interns will build industry knowledge, expand their professional network, and gain valuable experience that will help prepare them for a successful career in real estate and development.
