Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking an Appellate Associate to join its statewide Appellate Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly regarded appellate attorneys on sophisticated matters involving complex legal research, briefing, and oral advocacy.

 

What You’ll Work On:

• Conducting legal research and analysis for appellate matters
• Drafting persuasive appellate briefs, motions, and legal memoranda
• Assisting with oral arguments and court hearings
• Supporting complex appellate and litigation strategy matters
• Working closely with attorneys and clients on high-level legal issues

 

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of appellate or litigation experience
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities
• Experience participating in hearings and oral arguments preferred
• Top academic credentials required
• Federal clerkship experience highly preferred
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar admission required
