Repack Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Janesville, WI
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Summary
Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Repack Associate to support warehouse operations. This position involves inspecting, sorting, relabeling, repackaging, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies
  • Sort and organize materials and inventory
  • Repackage products according to specifications
  • Apply labels and verify product information
  • Prepare products for shipment
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
