NOW HIRING – Material Handlers (Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Forklift & Swing Reach Operators)
Abundant Solutions is hiring experienced Material Handlers for 1st and 2nd Shift positions!
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM - $20 hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM - $22 hr
Position Summary:
We are looking for dependable and motivated Material Handlers to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for moving inventory, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.
We are looking for dependable and motivated Material Handlers to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for moving inventory, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, pack, wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
- Pick and stage materials for production or shipping
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and swing reach equipment safely
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse/material handling experience required
- Experience operating Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Forklift, and/or Swing Reach equipment
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced warehouse environment
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and material movement
